Opera set released

▁ aug 30 2005

Today it’s opera 10 years anniversary, and I’ve contributed a piece of music.

So far, I would say it’s my best work. I haven’t been mixing for long, so I think it came out ok, considering that. I mainly set up this entry so people could comment on my set, if they care to.

Here’s the tracklist:

  • Luminary - My world (Andy moor remix)
  • Chus & Ceballios vs Richie - Low Frequencies part II
  • Rachael Starr - Till there was you (Reflekt remix)
  • Mario de Bellis - How does it feel
  • Black Pearl - Baracuda
  • Purple Haze - Adrenaline
  • Inertia - The Chamber
  • Abel Ramos - Aquarius
  • Randy Katana - One solid wave
  • Blank & Jones - Perfect silence (E-Craig 212 PM mix)

Get it here!

Oh, and the My.Opera party-thing is going down over at my opera right now.

Liked the song from 35min into the set.. and the last one. Critics: Not so long between mixes, and more beatmixing/mixing. In other words: More tracks and more mixing !!
On the other hand, not my taste in music exactly :) Nice to hear your work thou. Keep It up!

hi mate, i’m an underground raver, i took advantage of the free opera licence today and stumbled across your mix, i listen to many sets a week and your set was very good, your tracklisting is similar to paul van dyk’s stuff at the moment, thanks for the set and keep it going, post some of your mixes at www.tranceaddict.com/forums and you’ll surely gain popularity in no time regards justin

Been listening to your set since the pre-release to Opera employees, and I think it rocks! :) Keep the mixes coming!

Thanks for the feedback guys, I appriciate what you’ve all said and I’ll take it all into consideration on my next session! :-) Geir, you’re right on the more mixing/more tracks-part, and I’m working on that. I haven’t been doing this for long, but I think I’m getting better. Justin: I’ll start posting my sets as soon as I gain a little bit more confidence in ‘em and feel comfortable posting to a big site like that. I don’t listen to that much PVD at the time (read: don’t like the guy), but I’m sad to hear that my tracklisting is similar to his. Remco: Any time :-)

Great!!! I hear BFBS since several Year´s and there is a Techno/Trance and Chillout Session 2 days each Week. So your Mix will fit there nearly perfekt. I hear it now nearly 5 Hours endless. Thanks a lot it´s a pleasure. fromDUSkTilldawn

I was hoping that I would be able to find somewhere to download this set seperately, so the link you posted over at the Lounge is greatly appreciated. As for the set itself I haven’t taken the time to kick back and truly listen to it, so its hard to comment on it in detail. But I can say this much. It is likely to annoy my neighbours as much as my alltime favourite set Renaissance by Digweed and Sasha have done for ages and still does mwuahahahaha….. Keep up the good work Jesper, I’m looking forward to more of this quality coming from you. :-)

Posting this here for good measure, as you already know that I love the set ;) We loves.

Been listening to your set for the last two weeks or so, and I must say, it’s one of the better sets that I’ve heard. Your taste is pretty much me, which is cool, ‘cause I’m a new trance listener, so I don’t really know much about were to search for good stuff. Keep up the good work, looking forward to more from you!
