Remember, remember, the 3rd of October
…the day I got sick, and filled with snot. I know of plenty of reasons why this day should be forgot. So it’s tuesday. I didn’t get to blog yesterday. I took the day off to do something fun! That is, I went to IKEA to help my friend carry a ton of things to her new place, and then I went to the vet to get my cat fixed. I’m snotty like hell. I managed to catch a cold sometime yesterday. It’s pouring down. On the upside, I’m actually getting work done. You fill in the beans (has a big compartment for that), select the fineness of the grind, how much you want and pretty much just hit go.
I’ve been following “this project”:http://www.midnightbeep.com/ for a while now. I first saw it when it appeared on iusethis.com. It’s a complete implementation of David Allen’s GTD system for the Mac. Integrates really well and aesthetically it’s pretty cool too. Unfortunately the author didn’t make the promised 1.0 for Sep 30th (surprise), so I’m stuck waiting for this some more. Also the Sensation White 2006 DVD was postponed so I’m waiting for that as well. “Joen’s”:http://joen.dk brother came up for a visit this weekend. We were supposed to go see Tiesto, but he got fluid in his heart or something, so that was cancelled. I hung out with them for a while though and that was pretty cool. Was nice to see him again. If I sound just a tad cynical right now, please excuse me while I empty gallons of phlegm out my nose.
